Our Mission
Hearts to the One Ministry was established for two distinct reasons: First, to write, record, and offer to all, praise and worship music that glorifies God and draws every listener closer to the Lord. Secondly (and coming soon), to write and publish books, Bible Studies, and other written materials to inspire every reader to pursue their personal invitation from God to know Him intimately and be equipped to fulfill everything the Lord has created each of us to achieve while expanding His Kingdom on the earth.
Our Team
Our team is family. Literally! Husband and wife, Ron and Vicki Channell co-founded Hearts to the One Ministry in 2005. In 2018, Ron's brother David Channell moved to Kansas to join the family ministry. Four other family members are invaluable members of the board. Along with our family, every person that fills the critical roles in getting every product in the hands of our valued partners and customers is considered family as well.

Although Ron is a full-time pastor at Family Church in Lawrence, Kansas, he and his leadership team allow certain times within the year for Ron to minister to others outside the walls of Family Church. He is available for preaching, teaching and/or singing engagements by invitation for church events, conferences, and other special events. Invite Vicki
Although Vicki is the full-time Director of Education at Family Church in Lawrence, Kansas, her leadership team encourages her to minister to others outside the walls of FC. God has gifted Vicki with anointing to teach and communicate God's Word with training and materials that provoke attendees to hunger for more of what God has for them. Vick is available for speaking and teaching engagements by invitation for church events, conferences, and other special events. Invite Ron & Vicki
God called Ron and Vicki into ministry at the same time. As a couple, in 2005 they led their first Bible study together on Sunday morning in their local church. The class grew quickly as the Lord was clearly defining Ron and Vicki as a ministry "team." Since those early years, God led them to Lawrence, Kansas to co-found Family Church of Lawrence. Through the past 20 plus years, Ron and Vicki have led many ministry services and Bible studies together. Ron and Vick are available as a "team" for preaching and teaching engagements during certain times of the year.
